Terms of Service & End User License Agreement (EULA)
1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Wind Disposable Camera mobile application ("Wind", "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the App.
2. License & Intellectual Property
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App strictly in accordance with these Terms and the applicable Apple App Store / Google Play Terms of Service.
Your Content: You retain 100% ownership and copyright of all photographs captured and developed using Wind. Wind does not claim any ownership rights over your pictures.
3. In-App Purchases & Consumable Rolls
- Consumable Packs (5-Roll & 12-Roll Packs): Consumable film roll purchases grant a specific balance of prepaid rolls with instant darkroom development. Once purchased, prepaid rolls do not expire.
- "Bank & Freeze" Guarantee: If you purchase consumable rolls and subsequently subscribe to Wind Pro, your prepaid roll balance is safely frozen and banked. Should your subscription ever lapse, your banked rolls remain intact and accessible.
4. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions (Wind Pro)
Wind offers optional monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions ("Wind Pro") that unlock unlimited film rolls, instant darkroom processing, and an ad-free experience:
- Payment & Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at the confirmation of purchase.
- Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off or canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Account Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.
- Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to your Account Settings on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
5. Free Tier & Rewarded Ads
New users receive 2 free rolls and 2 free developments upon installation. Following the free trial, non-subscribing users may load rolls and develop film by watching user-initiated rewarded video advertisements or utilizing the standard 60-minute chemical lab timer.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. In no event shall Wind be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.
